I haven't looked at Wired in a while but will check it out the next time i'm at the bookstore. Real Simple magazine has some pretty cool cut paper/ origami type photos in their mag. I guess they use them as section title pages. Nevertheless they are totally cool. I even emailed them once to find out who does them.

I'll have to check out Decibel! If you can, try to get a printed version of Wired — it's so much better than the online version!

Decibel is a good magazine for design ideas. It's actually a metal music magazine, but they use creative layouts with great photography. Rolling Stone used to be good too (it still may be, but I haven't read it in quite some time..think 1994 Kurt Cobain death issue.)

I'll check out WIRED..

Communication Arts and HOW are also great (for the traditional design publications)
