The Shea replacement method will work for links as well. Instead of &lt;code&gt;Text Here&lt;/code&gt; tags you would use the &lt;code&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Link here&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/code&gt;.
